pretty, aren't you being a little racist yourself? correct me if i'm wrong, but it seems to me that you're insinuating the following: because TF is white (TF, i have no idea what color skin you have, nor does it matter to me ... but for argument's sake ...), then TF is racist for mocking a black man's death.

what if TF was black? would it then be ok for him to mock tookie? or, conversely, what if tookie had been white? would TF still be racist?

because, from what you've said, it seems like we can only mock people if they have the same skin color as ourselves. otherwise, we're racist. well, that seems a bit racist in and of itself. whites can't make fun of blacks; presumably, blacks can't make fun of whites. but hey, we can make fun of members of our own race, and THAT'S not racist at ALL! ... the logic of that argument escapes me.

here's a thought to rattle around in your head for a while: a person can be racist even against members of his own race. (rac.ism: 1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others. 2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.)
